I share a few strategies & pro art examples with the class after submission review (to address the issues that were seen in the critique art), then show my method & process of quick draw at Easton Plein Air, and then after the critique we have a few QA from the class.
Join us for a live critique session! I select student paintings for critique from the submission entries, either in-depth (digital redo) or as commentary. I try to choose what will serve the class best (not merit based - this is to learn for ideas, media, and concepts). We focus on URBAN & PERSPECTIVE concepts: figures on the street, in a cafe, roads, cars, buildings, etc. This is not a city class per se, but more about how to include human life into a landscape. So a barn or country path would also qualify.
