First we look at my work from 2014 to see how I made a better painting by going beyond reality. Then we examine student art in collections reviewing intent, is an object isolated?, and the light-dark ratios. Finally the session wraps up with Master work examples that illustrate the conceps presented.
It's importan to constantly review, refresh, and re-invent as to the intent of your artwork. Make sure the viewer knows the world you are creating in your painting. This leads to authenticiy and a 'style'.
